How a national programme reached young UAE nationals in every emirate — the gap, what we built together and the result.

  1. The gap

    The nation's AI ambition needs national talent.

    The UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031 sets out to “Attract and train talent for future jobs enabled by AI”.

    Young UAE nationals need coding and AI skills to take up those jobs — in every emirate.

  2. What we built together

    A national coding and AI programme.

    Together with Sandooq Al Watan, we delivered UAE Coder for young UAE nationals across all seven emirates.

    It was hosted by leading universities and schools, including Khalifa University, United Arab Emirates University, Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, City University Ajman and GEMS schools.

    Together with Sandooq Al Watan, UAE Coder reached 6,000+ UAE national students with coding and AI across all seven emirates — an early step toward the talent this objective calls for.

    Doubling the size of Dubai's economy within a decade, with AED 100 billion a year from digital transformation.

    How our work serves it
